One-Year Workmanship Warranty

New installations completed by HandyMike are covered by a one-year workmanship warranty from the date of completion.

Ninety-Day Workmanship Warranty

Repairs and maintenance services are covered by a 90-day workmanship warranty. Because repairs often involve existing materials, aging systems, or prior damage, this warranty applies specifically to the work HandyMike performed.

Important Details

What is not covered

Like any professional contractor, HandyMike cannot warranty conditions outside of our control. This includes issues related to existing damage, hidden conditions, product defects, weather, misuse, normal wear and tear, or work altered by others after completion.

Warranty Service

Need us to take a look?

If you believe there is a workmanship issue covered by your warranty, please call Mike within the applicable warranty period. We will review the concern, schedule an inspection when appropriate, and determine whether the issue falls within our workmanship warranty.

If a workmanship issue falls within the terms of our warranty, we will address it promptly and professionally. Standing behind our work is part of the service we provide.
